Reboot is a childbirth class designed for couples planning their second (or third or fourth…) natural birth.
In this 1 day refresher class, couples will have a chance to practice, talk relax, and prepare. The class can be taken privately with #MetroBirth in Denver and Colorado Springs, to address your particular needs for birth, or with other couples so you can connect and talk about past births, and future expectations.
Expecting another New Recruit?! Congratulations! We know that preparing big brothers and sisters is just as important as preparing the birthing couple, especially if they are planning to attend the birth! The Birth Boot Camp for Siblings class and workbook helps gently guide your child through the exciting events forthcoming. With their own color page, space to write their version of the birth story, and guides for the parent, this is a must have for any growing family. You can buy and complete the workbook on your own, or it comes included when you take the Siblings at Birth Class!
It is recommended to have a workbook for each child. When registering for the class with Metro Birth, purchase one class registration for your family. We will send you an invoice of $10 per child for each additional child.
