What: Food & Fitness with Birth Boot Camp: A Class for the Childbearing Year

Who: TTC, or Newly Pregnant Parents interested in being healthy and fit, Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you. This class is best taken when you are trying to conceive, or during your first or second trimester. Come build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum body!

Duration: Class time is approximately 3 hours.

Cost: $60 per couple. (Bringing a support person is a plus, but not required.)
